It 'been a plane to fly across our sky, which has been lovingly and F-4 Phantom II fighter used. It 'was a very capable aircraft, on the theory that flying a rock if you put big enough engines could be felt too. It 'been a MIG killer in Vietnam and widely used in all theaters of the world. He had two big engines that delivered 25,000 pounds of thrust when the afterburner was lit, it would take the land for miles Rock. The early yearsVersions such as the F-4C could be seen for miles was a huge plume of smoke, this was subsequently changed to F-4D and F-4E versions. There were also versions for reconnaissance missions that had cameras on the ground. The F-4G Wild Weasel was the name and had the reception capacity of enemy air defenses, which has proved very useful in the attacks against the system of air defense of North Vietnam. The ghost had two seats and the pilot was in the passenger seat, and directlybehind him the officer of arms, has been named differently WISO. These aircraft have been presented in numerous films like Top Gun, or Hamburger Hill, to name a few. The plane is now retired from active service, as amended by the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve flight hours and can usually be seen as static aircraft anywhere in the U.S.. The proof of the glory days of a real fighter, and although hated by maintenance personnel, who wore a special place in the hearts of those of us whoit worked.

The Phantom was definitely an air leak out loud and actually flying if the plane has ever flown, it would break often, but keep it to yourself for a few days and there have been considerable efforts to get the plane back again as was the legacy of the ghost. There was also a unique thing to know that all workers, as well known as the Phantom bite this aircraft had many cuts and jagged protruding drainage or evil that inevitably came. However, there was ato get medals, but if you're lucky you only lost a single skin and no. The ghost had bars on the sides and light at the end of the runway and turned on the afterburner, it was really an incredible sight. This was captured by photographers, but was seen to be believed. Fortunately, there are some F-4 in various acts of the air show presented and if you're lucky to see one, you see it start to be, that is, the legacy of the phantom wasborn, the strength and power of the McDonnell-Douglas Engineering in 5195 all the ghosts, which were produced 1958-1979.

I was stationed at Clark Air Base in the Philippines in the late 80s and has called to these powerful animals work Phantom. Our aircraft, of course, had painted on the nose Shark Teeth and were greatly feared by our good friends up there in North Korea. The importance of the teeth painted on the nose of fear, to represent the Asian people, but I appreciate itfrom a purely artistic potential. The Phantom of the Pacific these days and the emerging F-16 Falcon, had to bow in respect to when the F-4 Phantom II rolled by, and it was only the F-15 Eagles began to replace the aircraft in the inventory that the End of an era. Ghosts of the Air Force now live only in our memory.
